We are here to take care of that, you do not need to have proficient Turkish language skills, we have professional interpreter, who speaks your native language, will assist you throughout your medical procedure. Our Patient assistants are experienced in the field of medical tourism who speaks your language will communicate with you and the medical staff. Also, many of our Turkish doctors speak English language.
The proposed treatment quotation are approximate costs of the treatment, therefore there could be slight changes to the minimal level. However, in case of unseen comorbidity or adding and extra procedure not described before the arrival will be fully paid by you. We request you to fill the medical history accurately to avoid such kind of unpleasant events.
Since we believe in providing a complete healthcare package, we also provide follow up care after our client is done with their medical procedure. We are here to provide you with all the necessary information. Please check that if you need visa to get in Turkey, in case you need assistance in acquiring your visa, we are happy to assist you in that.
Some of our services require pre-payment which are non-refundable (such as, flight tickets). If you prefer booking your flight with us, the payment is done via credit card through our online secure payment link, bank transfer, etc. The treatment fees are to be paid on physical examination upon which your treatment starts.
Upon your arrival in Istanbul, we will pick you from the airport. Whole of your itinerary will be provided you in advance, we care for your safety and comfort we plan everything together and start accompanying you from your arrival to the airport. Also, transportation to all your medical appointments will be arranged already. If requested a host who speaks your language will be there to assist you.
Yes, you can bring a friend or a care taker with you, there will not be any extra charges. But in case you need an extra room, it will cost you extra charges for a separate room.
In accordance with your recuperation period, we also organize a plan for city tours and free time activities to make sure your every moment with us is unforgettable.
